WALK MS 2009 PRIZES
If you raise $250 or more, you’re eligible for prizes!
If you choose to redeem a prize you will receive a Summit Gift Certificate which will show the different prize options you are eligible to receive. Upon receipt of your certificate you will make your prize selection and order directly through Summit. Details will be provided on the certificate.
The chapter incurs costs for prizes awarded. The money saved when you donate your prize back and become part of the Mission First Club will help provide services and programs for people with MS living in Wisconsin. Help us keep the mission first!
