Forming a team is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Register!
Choose the Walk MS site of your choice and fill out the online registration form. You will need to indicate that you are the team captain. The Team Captain must be registered before any team members can register to join the team. Choose a team name and you are ready to go.

Start asking family, friends and co-workers to join your team. All you need is a minimum of four walkers. - Raise money!
Be ambitious and set your goals high.
